1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, purchasing, or using any Looksmaxxing Official product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our products.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to purchase from this site. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Looksmaxxing Official products, including micro-infusion devices and serums, are cosmetic products intended for general skincare use. They are not medical devices, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and are not a substitute for professional medical or dermatological advice.

You should consult a qualified medical practitioner before use if you have any skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are taking medication that affects skin healing or blood clotting, have a history of keloid scarring, active acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, or any other dermatological or immune condition, or are otherwise uncertain whether this product is suitable for you.

4. Assumption of Risk

Use of any micro-infusion or needling device inherently penetrates the skin barrier and carries risk. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and accept that:

Skin penetration carries an inherent risk of infection, irritation, redness, bruising, scarring, allergic reaction, or other adverse skin response, regardless of how carefully instructions are followed. Results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed. You are solely responsible for following all included usage, sterilization, and aftercare instructions in full.

Failure to follow sterilization protocols, reuse of single-use components, use on broken, infected, or actively inflamed skin, or any use inconsistent with the provided instructions is entirely at your own risk and voidsany liability on our part. You are responsible for conducting a patch test and ceasing use immediately if any adverse reaction occurs.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Looksmaxxing Official, its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — including but not limited to infection, scarring, allergic reaction, skin damage, or any personal injury — arising from the use or misuse of our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you under the ACL or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to the replacement or resupply of the product, or the cost of replacement or resupply.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Looksmaxxing Official and its directors, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, damage, liability, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your use of our products, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any usage or sterilization instructions provided with the product.

7. Product Use and Instructions

All products must be used strictly in accordance with the instructions provided at time of purchase. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from use that deviates from these instructions, including altered frequency, depth, or combination with other active ingredients not specified as compatible.

8. Payments and Chargebacks

By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method for the full order total.

You agree to contact us directly to resolve any billing concern, order issue, or dissatisfaction with your purchase before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider. Our returns and refund process (see our Returns Policy) is the correct channel for resolving return, refund, or dissatisfaction claims.

Chargebacks filed without first attempting to resolve the matter directly with us, or filed in a manner inconsistent with the actual facts of the transaction (including claiming non-receipt of goods that were delivered and tracked, or disputing a charge for a product that was used and consumed), will be contested with our payment processor using order, delivery, tracking, and communication records as evidence.

We reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers who have filed unauthorized, fraudulent, or bad-faith chargebacks.
